REGISTRATION
Registration is compulsory for all, irrespective of the type of participation i.e., Attending Conference as observer, presenting paper (Oral / Poster) or Panel discussion. The Registration form, followed by this information should be filled in full form and returned with the appropriate fees to the Conference Coordinator.

* To Register as Student Delegate, a Certificate from Head of the Department / Institution with seal is necessary.
The Payment of Registration Fee should be made by Bank Demand Draft drawn in favour of 'Cholayil Ayurvedic Health and Research Academy', Payable at Chennai, Tamilnadu, India.

REGISTRATION RECEIPT
Upon receipt of Registration Form and the appropriate fees, an official receipt with registration number will be issued. If the official receipt does not reach within 30 days of remittance, the delegates are requested to contact the Conference Coordinator immediately. Please mention your registration number with date for all future correspondence
Please produce the ORIGINAL RECEIPT at the 'Registration Counter' to obtain conference badge, Souvenir, coupons for lunch / participation certificate / live plant and other complimentary items. (To produce in the special counter on 14-02-2010 after the main function for plant, Souvenir, kit and Participation certificate)
Spot Registration is subject to availability. The Compliments are not guaranteed for those making spot Registration.
LAST DATE FOR REGISTRATION / CANCELLATION & REFUND
- Last Date for Registration without Late fee is December 24th, 2009.
- 20 % extra of Registration fee will be collected as Late fee from December 21st to January 31st, 2010.
- The Request for cancellation should reach the Co-Ordinator on or before January 31st, 2010 in writing. No refund will be made for the cancellation request received after that date.
- All refunds will be settled only after March 20th, 2010.
